I'd recommed you disregard any further correspondence or communication from GGI which suggests that EC3 Global is no longer responsible for Certification or Recertification or the provision of Benchmarking and Certification Services.
I'd strongly advise you to exercise caution in dealings with any person who claims to be authorised to provide these services instead of EC3.
